HOW DO I MAKE MY BAYS EDGE RESERVATION?

For your convenience, you may book your stay in several different ways: Calling us at (419) 732-9960, emailing us, or submitting us a reservation request.

Our office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8am to 6pm. You may leave a message when you call evenings, weekends, or on holidays.

DO I NEED A 6 PERSONS UNIT CAPACITY TO RESERVE?

No, you do not. We will book you according to the availability of a next available unit, no matter your number of occupants. Only charges for extra guests may apply.

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING AND CHECK-IN?

A cash deposit, credit card, or debit card is required, and government-issued photo I.D. may be required upon check-in.

A 25% deposit of the total cost of your trip (or a minimum of $180) is required to hold any date on our booking calendar. If you must cancel, your deposit can be applied to a future available date.

CAN I MAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS FOR MY ROOM OR ARRANGEMENT?

Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Special requests can’t be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

If you are planning to arrive after 6 pm, please contact us in advance. Guests arriving after 6 PM must make advance arrangements.

I HAVE SPECIAL ACCESSIBILITY NEEDS, HOW CAN I BE HELPED?

Bays Edge is ADA accessible. If you have requests for specific accessibility needs, please contact us for special accommodations.

CAN I BRING MY DOG, CAT, OR ANY PETS WITH?

The Bays Edge is NOT pet friendly. We do not allow pets.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in begins daily at 2 pm. Checkout is before 11 am.

IS BAYS EDGE BAIT AND TACKLE SHOP, AND FISH CLEANING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?

Yes, The Bay’s Edge Bait & Tackle Shop is open to members of the public. With ample parking and plenty of space for even the biggest camping rigs to pull through, we’re looking forward to giving our guests another great amenity as well as providing our neighbors with a broad selection of fishing gear and accessories.

CAN I FISH THE POND AT BAYS EDGE?

Our private pond is available only to guests. It is CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY! It is stocked with trophy bass, bluegill, crappie, and stripers.

• Check-in time begins at 2:00pm
• Minimum check-in age is: 18
• Check-out by 11:00am

Special check-in instructions:

• If you are planning to arrive after 6 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS

• Rollaway/extra beds are not available.
